Break procedure at MADIS

Planning

The Doctoral School sends the validated and signed applications to the Doctoral Affairs Department according to the following schedule:

- Before 15 june for a cesure during first semester or the full academic year;

- Before 15 november for a cesure during second semester.

The planning muste be respected.

Procedure

Phd student has to send to Graduate School MADIS-631 :

• A letter that explains the project
• A letter from supervisor
• A letter from director of research unit
• Contract of the institution that receive PhD student.
• The completed form
