Doctoral Day of Graduate Schools ENGSYS and MADIS

Dear PhD Students,

DDay is a social and scientific event for PhD students. This edition marks the first collaboration between the ENGSYS and MADIS Graduate Schools. It has been organised by the Graduate Schools and their PhD students representatives for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year PhD students.

It will take place on Thursday, 26 June 2025, at Polytech Lille, Cité Scientifique campus, in Lecture Theater Migeon, from 9 am to 4 pm. ENGSYS and MADIS will provide lunch and coffee breaks.

DDay Program

• ADSL presentation (Organisation of the PhD students in Science of Lille).
• CONSULID presentation (doctoral advisors that facilitate the transfer of theoretical and technical skills between the academic and economic worlds of Région Hauts-de-France).
• Poster presentation.
• Video clips creation on science outreach.
• Workshops (descriptions here) on:
  • AI and sustainable development,
  • After PhD career plan,
  • Open Science,
  • PhD students wellness.
• Testimony of alumni from the Graduate Schools ENGSYS and MADIS.

This day will also give you the opportunity to discover the diversity of the subjects studied within both graduate schools, thanks to your presentations during the poster session.

Posters are optional, you will be rewarded with two Doctoral Training Credits if you make one.
